This isn't just a spectacle of classic innovation; it's set to become a highlight for Middelburg Tourism as the train Kartryn returns home to the Middelburg Train Station. Get ready to witness her magnificent steam engine and coaches debut at the GTR Race 8 on August 26. She'll be racing alongside the runners, starting at 07:00, all the way to the Steve Tshwete Municipal Grounds. An exclusive experience awaits 300 spectators who can join the race as passengers on the train for a round trip from Middelburg Train Station at 05:00 to Pan Station and then to the STLM Grounds, where the train will park, allowing passengers to enjoy the finish area and stalls. Afterward, it will journey back to Middelburg Train Station. Passengers are encouraged to bring a picnic basket for this delightful trip.
