Step 2: Choose your ticket order

(One order per participant)

a) Compulsory for 24km & 11.5km only - Athletics South Africa (ASA) Temporary License for "UNLICENCED ATHLETES 

b) Important !- A Bus Ticket for transportation of a participant from STLM GROUNDS to STARTING POINTS. Bus tickets available on Merchandise Page of Protime,

Note: Buses will be available from 05:15 am on day of event. Athletes are allowed to be dropped off only at starting points before 6am R104 road closure (NO Parking Available Starting Points)

c) Mechandise- Option pre-order of race shirt

Step 3: Filling in Registration

a) Participant details (Required for race and contact information)

b) Business details (Optional for tax)

c) Athletic information (Required for Licensed Athletes)

d) Race category (Confirmation of order)

e) Shirt size (Pre-order only *see merch shop)

f) Relay Race details (All 5 team members information asked)

Step 4: Confirming Order and Payment

a) Order total and ticket items will be displayed

b) Payment Options: CREDIT ORDER VISA, SAMSUNG PAY, GOOGLE PAY, ZAPPER AND DEBIT ORDER VIA

Step 5: Confirming Paid Ticket and Collection​

a) Order Tickets will be sent to your email address

b) Purchase Confirmation will be sent to your email

c) NB: Optional order edit link for your tickets is available if you want to change ticket information

c) Collection of order such as race numbers etc. will be done at the  Middelburg Train Station
